SALES PROGRESSOR / PROPERTY COMPLETIONS/PROPERTY CONVEYANCING

18K to 22K BASIC DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE, REALISTIC OTE 30K plus, 20 DAYS HOLIDAY

BASED IN POYNTON, CHESHIRE

NEW ROLE, ADVERTISED DUE TO EXPANSION

We are a Property company who operate within Estate Agency, Property Buying and Investment Property. The company is well established and is one of the market leaders with a highly regarded reputation.

This role will be to work within an existing completions team, focusing on managing a pipeline line of pending deals and properties that are being bought/sold and making sure that they complete on time.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Process all administrative tasks relating to property sales progression within service standards.

Liaising with mortgage brokers, solicitors, other third parties, sellers and buyers to make progression to completion of property sales

Take a proactive approach to solving problems as necessary, to ensure that any delays are effectively resolved

Updating and maintaining information on our CRM system (Training provided).

Effectively handle progress and enquiries by telephone and email.

Processing of client documentation.

Liaising closely with the sales and buying teams in house

MAIN SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A background in sales progression, property sales support, mortgage or loans underwriting/processing, sales negotiation, estate agency, conveyancing or similar

Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills

An ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines

A confident strong personality who isn’t afraid of chasing people to hit targets

Computer literacy with experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

 


 

Property Sales Consultant/Property Buyer

Poynton, Cheshire.
£18,000 P/A Basic £25,000 plus OTE per annum realistic Permanent Position

 

We require a highly motivated Property Sales Consultant/Property Buyers, previous property experience is desirable but not essential. You will benefit from extensive ongoing training and will work within an existing team. The ideal candidate must be outgoing, pro-active and be able to communicate at all levels.

You will be dealing with new enquires from property owners located all over the UK with varying property values (NO COLD CALLING). Your objective will be to obtain key information from the seller regarding their property and their personal circumstances you will then carry out an initial assessment on the property’s value. Once you have this information your responsibility will be to present the companies services and offering in a focussed and professional way in order to win the sellers business.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• To represent the company and brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner at all times
• Initial fact finding and information gathering, qualifying sellers requirements
• Carrying our residential property appraisals utilising the varying resources made available to you by the company
• Presenting the companies services and offering to potential sellers
• Negotiating marketing prices with property owners
• Day to day management of own pipeline and general diary management
• Sourcing, Negotiating and Buying residential property nationwide

 

Main skills and experience needed:

• Property, Debt Management, Sub Prime Mortgage, Financial Solutions or similar sales experience
• B2C Sales
• Excellent negotiation skills
• A desire to work to and exceed targets set
• A desire to earn very good levels of commission
• An ability to build relationships with all types of customers

Property Sales Negotiator/Estate Agency Sales Negotiator

Poynton, Cheshire.
£18,000 P/A basic £25,000 plus OTE realistic.
Permanent Position.

 

We require a highly motivated Property Sales Negotiator to work in our property disposals department, previous sales experience is required, previous property sales experience is desirable but not essential. You will benefit from extensive ongoing training and will work within an existing team. The ideal candidate must be outgoing, pro-active and be able to communicate at all levels. You will be allocated a pipeline of property listings located all over the UK of varying values and it will be your responsibility to manage these properties from listing to sale agreed and you will be supported by an experience completions team. Sales Administrator/General Office Administrator

Poynton, Cheshire.
£15,000 to £18,000 basic depending on experience.
Permanent Position.

 

We require an experience administrator/sales administrator previous admin experience is essential. You will benefit from extensive ongoing training and will work within an existing team. The ideal candidate must be diligent, conscientious, hardworking and have good organisational skills. Your role will involve booking appointments for property access and client home visits, creating client specific legal documentation, creating/sending marketing letters and emails and general office admin relating to property purchases and sales. You must have good computer literacy and be able to use all the typical Microsoft Office applications.

 

Key responsibilities and duties

· Speaking to customers and suppliers on the phone and maintaining a professional manner at all times
· Dealing with all kinds of general office administration and sales specific administration
· Working within a dedicated property sales team supporting them with all aspects of administration
· Creation of sale and marketing communication and managing the related CRM and mailing processes
